After looking at alternatives
Our journey began in 2014
We brewed our first beer, a delicious wheat ale. Right after that, we brewed a chocolate porter that tasted like soap! In both cases we didn’t have enough detailed notes to replicate or troubleshoot the recipes.
After weeks of looking, we couldn’t find a homebrewing journal that was thoughtfully designed. That’s when we set out to create our own homebrewing journal.
After 9 months of design
The Brew Journal on Kickstarter
On June 2014 we launched the Brew Journal on Kickstarter. Just 5 days later, we were 100% funded and 30 days later we were 277% funded!
Little did we know that thousands of other homebrewers were looking for the same product.
On a mission
A brand was born
From the Brew Journal, to the Wine Journal, the Brewer’s Passport, and the creation of several other craft beer and wine products – a brand was born.
And we have no plans of slowing down.
